1. Group Buy Orders (공동구매)

1.1 Processing Time

  • Group Buy Period: Products are available for purchase during the specified group buy period (typically 7-14 days)
  • Consolidation: After the group buy closes, all orders are consolidated for bulk shipping from Korea
  • Estimated Processing: 2-3 weeks after group buy closes for international shipping preparation

1.2 Shipping Methods

  • Air Freight: Standard method for group buy orders (3-5 weeks total from Korea to NY)
  • Tracking: Tracking information provided once shipment departs Korea
  • Customs Clearance: Handled by Uncle NY - customs fees included in product price

1.3 Pickup Options

  • Local Pickup: Available at our NY warehouse (address provided upon arrival)
  • Pickup Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Notification: Email and SMS notification when order is ready for pickup
  • Hold Period: Orders held for 14 days after arrival notification

2. Local Delivery (New York Area)

2.1 Delivery Areas

  • Manhattan: All areas
  • Queens: Flushing, Bayside, Fresh Meadows, Whitestone
  • Brooklyn: Select neighborhoods (check availability at checkout)
  • New Jersey: Fort Lee, Palisades Park, Edgewater

2.2 Delivery Schedule

  • Scheduled Delivery: Orders delivered on scheduled routes (typically 2-3 times per week per area)
  • Delivery Window: 12 PM - 8 PM on delivery day
  • SMS Notification: Sent 1-2 hours before delivery
  • Delivery Fee: $5-15 depending on location and order size

2.3 Delivery Requirements

  • Contact Information: Valid phone number required for delivery coordination
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure correct address and apartment/unit number
  • Recipient Presence: Someone must be available to receive delivery
  • Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule

3. Nationwide Shipping (USPS/UPS)

3.1 Shipping Methods

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (most common)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (expedited)
  • UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (expedited)

3.2 Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Based on weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (USPS Priority Mail only)
  • Flat Rate Options: Available for qualifying items

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Perishable Items: Not available for nationwide shipping, local delivery only
  • Fragile Items: Additional packaging fees may apply
  • Oversized Items: May require special shipping arrangements
  • Restricted States: Some items cannot be shipped to certain states due to regulations
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Not currently available for group buy items

5. International Shipping

  • Currently Unavailable: We currently only ship within the United States
  • Future Plans: International shipping to Canada may be available in the future
  • Forwarding Services: Customers may use freight forwarding services at their own risk

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

6.1 Lost Packages

  • Tracking Required: Please check tracking information first
  • Reporting: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date
  • Investigation: We will file a claim with the carrier
  • Resolution: Replacement or refund provided after carrier investigation (typically 7-14 business days)

6.2 Damaged Packages

  • Inspection: Inspect package immediately upon receipt
  • Documentation: Take photos of damaged packaging and items
  • Reporting: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Resolution: Replacement, repair, or refund based on damage assessment

7. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

  • Before Shipment: Address can be changed free of charge before item ships
  • After Shipment: Address changes may incur carrier fees ($15-25)
  • Incorrect Address: Customer responsible for reshipment costs if address provided was incorrect
  • Refused Delivery: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Delivery Attempts: Carrier will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning to sender
